Meet the RP Coatings, Inc. Team

With over 40 years of experience in commercial concrete restoration and specialty flooring, Ronald “Ron” Nemeth founded RP Coatings in 1982 with one goal—to build a company people could trust. Through hard work, honesty, and a commitment to doing every job the right way, Ron built RP Coatings into one of Northern California’s most respected commercial flooring and protective coatings contractors.

Over the years, he has completed projects ranging from concrete polishing and epoxy flooring to traffic coatings and specialty flooring systems. Just as important as the work itself was building a team that shared the same values: take pride in your work, treat people with respect, and always stand behind what you do.

Today, Ron continues to serve as a mentor to the next generation of leadership, sharing the knowledge and experience he’s gained throughout his career. His influence can still be seen in every part of the company; from the way projects are managed to the relationships built with clients and employees.

For Ron, “Together We Succeed” has never been just a slogan. It’s the belief that a company’s greatest strength is its people. When everyone works together, takes ownership, and looks out for one another, great things happen—and that’s the foundation RP Coatings was built on.

Growing up in the family business, Geoff Nemeth has dedicated his career to the commercial flooring and protective coatings industry. From working in the field to estimating, project management, and leading company operations, he has gained hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of the business.

Today, Geoff is focused on building long-term partnerships while continuing the standard of quality and integrity established by his father, Ron Nemeth, when he founded RP Coatings in 1982. He believes success is earned through hard work, preparation, and standing behind your word.

Geoff works closely with clients, general contractors, architects, and field teams to ensure every project is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. His practical approach, industry knowledge, and commitment to doing the job right have helped build lasting relationships with customers throughout Northern California and beyond.

While honoring the company’s foundation, Geoff is always looking ahead—embracing new technologies, innovative flooring systems, and better ways to serve clients while continuing the family legacy.

Jorge works closely with clients, general contractors, and field teams to guide projects from the estimating phase through completion. He prepares accurate estimates, develops project scopes, coordinates schedules, and helps ensure every project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to RP Coatings’ high standards of quality.

With years of industry experience, Jorge understands the importance of communication, planning, and attention to detail. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients while working alongside field crews to deliver quality workmanship and successful project outcomes.

Johnny oversees projects from startup through completion, working closely with clients, field crews,contractors, and the office team to keep every project moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

He coordinates schedules, manages jobsite communication, organizes materials, and provides crews withthe support they need to deliver quality workmanship. With hands-on field experience, Johnny understandsthe importance of planning, communication, and teamwork.

Oscar supports daily field operations by helping coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and jobsitelogistics. He works closely with project managers and field personnel to help ensure jobs are properlysupplied and schedules stay on track.

His role helps keep communication flowing between the office and the field so crews have what they needto work safely, efficiently, and successfully.

Jesse oversees warehouse operations and equipment management at RP Coatings, helping ensure crewshave the tools, materials, and equipment they need to work safely and efficiently.

He manages inventory, maintains equipment, prepares materials for upcoming projects, and coordinatesthe movement of tools and supplies between the warehouse and jobsites. By keeping the warehouseorganized and equipment job-ready, Jesse plays an important role in supporting field operations.
